1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our Service. All premium purchases (Premium Report and Pro Subscription) are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund β no questions asked.
2. Refund Eligibility
Premium AI Report (one-time purchase)
- Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the report
- After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
Pro Subscription ($5.99/month or $59.99/year)
- First payment: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase
- Renewal payments: Not eligible for refund, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges
- Annual subscription: If cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase, a full refund is provided. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period.
Credits & Referral Rewards
- Credits earned through the referral program are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Purchases made with credits are subject to the same refund terms as paid purchases
Free Tier
- The free tier has no cost and therefore no refund applies
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@selfward.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the date of purchase
- We will process your request within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
We may ask for brief feedback about your experience to help us improve, but providing feedback is completely optional and not required for the refund.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your Selfward account
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier β you keep all your existing data and results
You can cancel your subscription at any time, directly from your account settings. No phone call, chat, or additional steps are required. Cancellation is as simple as the sign-up process.
5. What Happens After Cancellation
- You retain access to all premium features until the end of your paid billing period
- Your assessment data, scores, and previously generated reports remain accessible on the free tier
- AI chatbot access and comparison features are restricted to the free tier limits
- You may resubscribe at any time to regain premium access
- Your data is never deleted due to a downgrade β only upon explicit account deletion
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@selfward.ai before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolution. If a chargeback is filed and later found to be invalid, we reserve the right to recover the chargeback fee from the account.
